At The Royal Grandeur we understand that unanticipated things happen on occasion in everyone’s life. Business meetings, work, project deadlines, family, flight delays, car problems, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have implemented the following policies:

  • In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. Group appointments, Chronic Injury treatments and Skin care treatments require 48-hour advance notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves any of our services.

  • If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours preferably 48-hours advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing “VIP” gift certificate or coupon; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

  • On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.


Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.


If for whatever reason you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless you called to let us know), it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”, and that time slot may become available for someone else.  Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

The steps that we are taking to prevent the spread of the COVID-19:

Service by Appointment only.

Standard practice: all staff members are trained to follow hygiene habits suggested by the CDC.

Heightened cleaning regimens including the use of disinfectants known to work on the Corona virus. 

Social distancing 

Hand disinfectant in all service rooms. Our therapists already wash their hands and disinfect all materials used after each service.

We simply request the cooperation of our entire community in maintaining a safe spa environment.

We encourage anyone experiencing mild cold or flu-like symptoms to follow the advice of our health officials and stay home while sick and quarantine for 14-days.

Can you be declined service if you are exhibiting symptoms?

If you have mild cold-like symptoms, health officials encourage you to stay home. For the safety of everyone.  

Our staff members are permitted to decline service to any customer exhibiting symptoms.
